There are many ways for seniors to stay healthy at home. It may be difficult at times to make it down to the center. So, this page is being developed as a resource for our seniors to be able to quickly find exercise routines, healthy recipes, and other activities to do at home.  

Please use caution when working out at home. It's good to have someone with you or a way to contact someone incase of emergency. Never exercise in a way that may cause injury. Take your time and let your strength come with small steps and a consistent exercise routine.
